Shipping policy

All stamps orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing time for your POD orders may take up to 12 business days.

It is important to consider high demand seasons which can have a potential delay due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Please note that your order processing times are separate from times you can see at checkout.  We ship out online orders daily (except Saturdays and Sundays).

Shipping carriers:

USA orders are shipped via USPS or Stallion Express. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or Stallion Express, and international orders are shipped via USPS, Stallion Express, PostNL, APC, Royal Mail, etc. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

We at Nordenzi can arrange express shipping with companies such as DHL, UPS, and FEDEX upon request. However, the cost of express shipping must be paid by the customer.

Duties & Tax information:

Please note that the buyer is responsible for duties and taxes on international orders. We will ship anywhere in North America, LATAM, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zeland and Europe. Duties are up to the customer to pay upon arrival of package. We do not offer prepaid duties.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
